For SME companies I recommend they either hire a social media expert to just handle the social accounts for their business. Very nice "manual" how to use Twitter. And it is obvious that social media are useful. Knowing the turnover Dell is making through it. Today especially the big brands are jumping on it. But I think that social media are especially useful for the SME market. It gives them the opportunity to dramatically increase their reach. Anyhow, creating this social presence is rather time consuming and very often time is especially something that is lacking for SME companies. Do you have any insights in this? Great post.
